Some of my favourite finds when I'm scouring the beaches are the Abalone Shells, even the smallest pieces are so pretty. 

This piece I have carefully cut and sanded to shape into this wee oval for this lovely ring. 

This dainty ring has a rustic, oxidized darkened edged finish bringing out the deep tones of the brilliant Abalone piece.
